You may initiate a return request within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the items are returned in their original, unused condition.
Please note that returns will not be accepted for customized or personalized products, items with removed tags or straps, damaged goods, or any products that show signs of wear. Returned items must be in resalable condition, including all original packaging and accessories.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping through a postal service or courier of their choice. All return shipments must be properly labeled and securely packaged. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected, and provided they meet the return criteria, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund timelines may vary based on your payment provider’s processing times.
